Attention Senior Parents - Class of 2027

Senior Portraits 

Plan ahead to ensure your student is celebrated in this year’s senior section of the yearbook, Pictures should be taken in early September to give your photographer time to prepare your photo for the yearbook.

Please inform your photographer of the following criteria:
  • JPEG file format is preferred.
  • Photo quality needs to be 300 DPI or higher for actual image size.
  • Portrait should be a vertical head-and-shoulder shot.  Horizontal photos will NOT be accepted.
  • Simple, neutral backgrounds look best in the yearbook.
  • NO props (including but not limited to: pets, hats, sunglasses, flowers)
  • File size NOT to exceed 50 MB.  Very important!
Submission Deadline: December 1, 2026

Click on https://photos.jostens.com/DHTL6W and follow the prompts to submit your photo.

The senior portraits section of the yearbook will include the senior portrait and the student's name.  Senior quotes will not be included.

You will receive a confirmation email from donotreply@jostens when the portrait submission is completed.  Check your junk or spam folder is you do not receive a confirmation email.

Senior Academic Awards

All senior awards are based on Laude points and not solely G.P.A.  We will no longer award Gold or Silver Medallions based solely on GPA.

Letters of Recommendations

  • Most WI and MN state universities do not require a letter of recommendation
  • Only request a letter if one of the following applies:
    • Your college of choice requires it
    • You don’t quite meet the school’s admission requirements
    • Other special circumstances/scholarship applications
  • Be respectful of teacher’s time by only requesting a letter that meets one of the above requirements
  • Colleges generally prefer letters from teachers of core academic subjects
  • Must complete Letter of Recommendation form which is available in the counseling office
  • Ask teacher in person, at least 2 weeks prior to needing it, and provide them with your completed letter of recommendation form
